About Us
Doug Martin
Doug founded Cleaner Can in 2007 after a "lightbulb idea" while helping pressure wash a friends driveway. Designing and building the first truck himself, Doug established the original trash can cleaning company in the Carolinas. A proud native Charlottean, Doug grew up on Rea Road, graduated from South Meck High School and UNC Charlotte
(a very, very long time ago..)
Michael Martin
Doug's son Michael (can you see the resemblance..) joined Cleaner Can this year after being in industrial chemical sales for 12 years, specializing in cleaning & sanitation chemicals for breweries & distilleries. Also a proud native Charlottean, Michael graduated from Providence High School and
High Point University.
